No Show Policy
We value your time, and we hope you appreciate ours. Moving forward if your time needs to be adjusted, please reach out within 24 hours of your scheduled exam time to avoid cancellation fees.
Our doctors set aside time specifically for patient needs. Cancelling last minute does not give us the time needed to fill emptied spots. Patients that cancel less than 24 hours will be considered a No-Show and will be subject to a $60 No-Show Fee.

Additionally, patients that arrive greater than 15 minutes late of their scheduled time may be rescheduled and charged a fee.
In order to make sure you receive an exam of the greatest quality; our doctors need the full time set aside for your exam.
